All transactions carried out on our site are secured. Your payments are completed on the secured servers of our partner Neuflize-OBC Bank, ABN AMRO Group. Your credit card data are protected by a SSL encryption system and Maison Calavas does not have access to them at any time.

Confidentiality
Placing an order requires you to open an account containing personal data. This data is kept on our site, and we commit ourselves not to disclose any of it, except where the execution of your order demands it. Maison Calavas does not have access to your bank data at any time.

Payment is solely carried out by credit card. We accept CB, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

Delivery Zone
Maison Calavas delivers to France and to numerous countries. To make an order, select your country of residence when accessing the homepage.

Delivery Information
Delivery is securely processed by our transporters, from Monday to Friday, except on local bank holidays.

Before you confirm your order, your transport fees will be indicated in a recapitulative page. This amount is charged in addition to the price of your purchases.
At any time, you can look at the exact amount of your shipping charges by accessing the ‘Shopping Bag’ item from the menu.


Gift Purchases
Our site presents you with an option for a gift packaging. If you take this option, we will also add to your parcel a blank gift card that you can fill in for your recipient.
You can also have your gift delivered at your recipient’s address. The site then offers you to write him/her a message that we will print on a gift card. You will be the sole recipient of the invoice.

Wrapping
Our Minaudières are delivered in a Maison Calavas gift box, together with a silk pouch and a booklet.
Our makeup refills are protected with cellophane and securely packaged in a small envelope, together with directions for use.

Invoice
As soon as your order is paid, an invoice is issued and sent to you by email.

Tracking your order
You can track the progress of your delivery at any time by connecting to ‘My Account’. An email is also sent to you with all the necessary details.

Order cancellation or modification
You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t yet been shipped. Please send us an email at clients@maisoncalavas-boutique.com or call our customer service at (+33) 1 40 07 57 57, Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm Paris time. Orders that have been already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned. (cf. Returns)

Returns Policy
You can return any item except for makeup refills that we do not take back for integrity concerns. Returns must be done within 10 days of the delivery date, in pristine condition and original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice and a return ticket.

For return forms, please contact our customer service by email at clients@maisoncalavas-boutique.com or by telephone at (+33) 1 40 07 57 57, on Mondays to Fridays, from 11 am to 7 pm.

We recommend you return your items by registered post so as to obtain a receipt.
Returned goods are either reimbursed or exchanged against items of the same value.

Buying on this website
Your order is carried out in 5 steps:
- Once you have selected your items, click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ to move on
- Create your account if you are a new customer, or key in your ID and password if you are already signed in
- Enter the delivery address if it is different from your invoicing address.
- Confirm your order
- Enter your payment information and validate.
Your purchase is completed. An email confirms that your order has been taken into account. A PDF invoice is attached.

When your parcel is shipped, you are informed through an email containing all the necessary information to track your delivery.
